Why is the bottom of the glass bottle designed to be concave?

For example, under the same external size, the same 750ml flat bottom glass bottle can hold 750ml of wine, while the concave bottom glass bottle can hold 750ml of wine. It only holds 700 ml, which is an illusion that the manufacturer gives consumers a custom-made glass bottle. It seems that the bottle is not small, and it basically has enough capacity, but it is actually not enough.
