We design and construct each project to the individual customer’s needs.

Q3: Sample free or need to pay?

If you don’t need to print custom logo or other artwork on the products, it will not charge any cost.

Just tell us your freight collect account like FedEx DHL TNT, if you don’t have account, it need to charge Express fee properly.

Q4: What is the lead time of production ?

A. For samples, 3-5 days working days door to door by air.

B. For stocks, within 7days can be shipped to loading port.

C. For mass production, it takes 25-35days for production. More 7-10days if custom design needed.

Q5: What’s the order processes?

1) Custom Design–Making custom mould/logo/package first.

2) Samples–Making samples for you check.

3) Confirm Order- Signing sales contract after samples confirmed.

4) Deposit– 30% deposit before mass production.

5) Production arranged–we will process the production.

6) Remaining payment–after inspection, balance before shippment.

7) Shipping–we will ship the goods to destination port.

8) Confirm bill of loading/comercail invoice/packing list/certifcate of origin

9) After sales service.
