How are the bubbles on the glass bottle caused?

We must first understand the cause of the bubbles.

1. The gas in the gap between the raw material particles is the gas adsorbed on the surface of the pickle bottle and the raw material.

In the initial stage of batch melting, such gases will continuously volatilize or evaporate, forming large bubbles that float up and escape the glass during the rising process. Generally, it will not directly cause visible beverage bottle bubbles in glass products unless the particle size of the raw materials is not properly controlled. The batch material agglomeration is not fully melted, and the gas cannot be discharged.

2. The gas released by the decomposition of the salt.

The batch contains a large amount of carbonates, sulfates and nitrates, which are decomposed by heating the honey bottle and produce a large number of tiny air bubbles, and the amount of gas generated by the decomposition of the salt is about 15-20% of the batch weight, which is different from the glass formed. Compared to liquids, the volume is many times larger, and a large amount of these gases are released and moved continuously, which increases the heat exchange efficiency, accelerates the melting of the batch, and improves the uniformity and temperature uniformity of the glass bottle composition, However, the bubbles formed by these gases cannot be eliminated in time to form glass bubbles.

3. The gas generated by the factors of the external storage tank.

The gas generated by the action of the glass liquid, harmful impurities and gases are separated from the refractory material. The glass bubbles formed by the gas take a long time in the normal production process and are not easy to disappear, but the situation is rare.
