We have found that there are a few things to pay attention to when using trays to package glass bottles, which are listed below:
1. Pallet quality: In terms of material selection, if using pine wood, try to choose the thickness of the plank above 15mm, and the 8 legs of the tray should be more than 10cm long on the side as far as possible;
2. Pallet paper: The pallet paper is preferably kraft paper.
3. Packing belts and pallets: Choose packing belts made of brand-new materials, and avoid using recycled materials, because the tensile strength of recycled materials is very low, and it is easy to break when the pallet is tightly braked.
4. Wrapping film: It is best to use professional machine wrapping film! Because the machine is powerful and evenly sustained.
5. Tray top: The function is to prevent rainwater from entering and short-term sun exposure; once water enters the tray and the tray paper is wet and scattered, the entire tray is in danger of falling over; so the top must be used, and as thick as possible point;
6. Pallet height: the height is preferably below 1.3 meters;
